Stat. § 409.2569","heading":"Continuation of support services for recipients of public assistance when benefits are terminated.","body":"Whenever a recipient of public assistance ceases to receive such public assistance, the department shall continue to provide services after the recipient ceases to receive benefits unless otherwise advised in writing or in person not to do so by the former recipient. These services shall be provided in accordance with the state plan of priorities.
