Stat. § 447.3075","heading":"Law enforcement bargaining units; separate units required; establishment.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, administrative rule, or administrative agency decision to the contrary, any state law enforcement agency that has 1,200 or more officers shall be in a bargaining unit that is separate from officers in other state law enforcement agencies.
