Stat. § 475.486","heading":"Rules; violations.","body":"(1) The commission shall adopt such rules as are necessary to effect the efficient administration of ss. 475.482-475.486.\n(2) It is unlawful for any person or the person’s agent to file with the commission any notice, statement, or other document required under the provisions of ss. 475.482-475.486 which is false or contains any material misstatement of fact.
