Stat. § 607.501","heading":"Application and effect of part.","body":"(1) This part applies to a social purpose corporation and does not affect a corporation that is not a social purpose corporation.\n(2) Except as otherwise provided in this part, this chapter applies generally to all social purpose corporations.\n(3) A social purpose corporation may be simultaneously subject to this part and to one or more chapters, including chapter 621.
