Stat. § 607.601","heading":"Application and effect of part.","body":"(1) This part applies to a benefit corporation and does not affect a corporation that is not a benefit corporation.\n(2) Except as provided in this part, this chapter applies generally to all benefit corporations.\n(3) A benefit corporation may be simultaneously subject to this part and to one or more chapters, including chapter 621.
