Stat. § 610.113","heading":"Nondiscrimination by municipality or county.","body":"(1) A municipality or county shall allow a certificateholder to install, construct, and maintain a network within a public right-of-way and shall provide a certificateholder with comparable, nondiscriminatory, and competitively neutral access to the public right-of-way in accordance with the provisions of s. 337.401.
