Stat. § 703.06","heading":"Board may purchase abstract books.","body":"Upon a petition of a majority of the registered voters of any county in this state, the board of county commissioners of said county, if the said board deems it advisable, may purchase a set of abstract books, for whatever price, and on whatever terms, the board may deem expedient.
