Stat. § 860.07","heading":"Unauthorized persons giving signals to railroad trains or engines.","body":"Any person who wrongfully, recklessly, or wantonly and without authority, signals any train or engine in this state with a red light or with a red flag, or gives any signal calculated to affect the movement or operation of any train, engine, or cars on any railroad in this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
