Stat. § 943.046","heading":"Notification of criminal offender information.","body":"(1) Any state or local law enforcement agency may release to the public any criminal history information and other information regarding a criminal offender, including, but not limited to, public notification by the agency of the information, unless the information is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
