Stat. § 943.1719","heading":"Basic skills training relating to the use of electronic databases.","body":"The commission shall incorporate into the course curriculum required for initial certification of a law enforcement officer instruction on the authorized access to and use of personal identification information, as defined in s. 817.568(1)(f), contained in electronic databases used by a law enforcement officer in his or her official capacity.
