{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-12-4-81","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 12-4-81","heading":"Judgment pursuant to order.","body":"The director of the division may file in the superior court of the county wherein the mining operator under order resides, or if such mining operator is a corporation, in the county wherein the corporation maintains its principal place of business, or in the county wherein the violation occurred or in which jurisdiction is appropriate, a certified copy of a final order issued pursuant to this part which is unappealed from, or of a final order issued pursuant to this part which is affirmed upon appeal, whereupon such court shall render judgment in accordance therewith and notify the parties.
