{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-14-2-701","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 14-2-701","heading":"Annual meeting.","body":"(a) A corporation shall hold a meeting of shareholders annually at a time stated in or fixed in accordance with the bylaws.\n(b) (1) Except as provided for in paragraph (2) of this subsection, annual shareholders’ meetings may be held in or out of this state at the place stated in or fixed in accordance with the bylaws.
