{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-14-3-707","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 14-3-707","heading":"Record date.","body":"(a) The bylaws may fix or provide the manner of fixing the record date to determine the members entitled to notice of a members’ meeting, to demand a special meeting to vote, or to take any other action.
