{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-15-14-31","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 15-14-31","heading":"Renewal of certificate; fee; automatic revocation of suspended certificate.","body":"Every certified court reporter who continues in the active practice of verbatim court reporting shall annually renew the certificate on or before April 1 following the date of issuance of the certificate under which the court reporter is then entitled to practice, upon the payment of a fee established by the board. Every certificate which has not been renewed on April 1 shall expire on that date of that year and shall result in the suspension of the court reporter’s right to practice under this article, which suspension shall not be terminated until all delinquent fees have been paid or the court reporter has requalified by testing.
