{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-15-14-36","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 15-14-36","heading":"Penalties for violations.","body":"Any person who:\n(1) Represents himself or herself as having received a certificate or temporary permit as provided for in this article or practices as a certified court reporter, without having received a certificate or temporary permit;\n(2) Continues to practice as a court reporter in this state or uses any title or abbreviation indicating he or she is a certified court reporter, after his or her certificate has been revoked; or\n(3) Violates any provision of this article or of subsection (c) or (d) of Code Section 9-11-28\nshall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
