{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-15-19-54","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 15-19-54","heading":"Furnishing of information or clerical services to attorneys permitted.","body":"Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to prevent a person, corporation, or voluntary association from furnishing to any person lawfully engaged in the practice of law such information or clerical services in and about his professional work as would be lawful except for Code Sections 15-19-51, 15-19-53, and 15-19-55, provided that at all times the attorney receiving the information or services shall maintain full professional and direct responsibility to his clients for the information and services received.
