{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-16-7-90","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 16-7-90","heading":"Records and reports.","body":"It shall be the duty of any person authorized by paragraph (1) or (2) of Code Section 16-7-93 to manufacture, possess, transport, distribute, or use a destructive device, detonator, explosive, or hoax device within the state:\n(1) To maintain such records as may be required pursuant to Title 25.
