{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-19-11-104","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 19-11-104","heading":"Applicability.","body":"(a) A tribunal of Georgia shall apply Parts 1 through 6 and, as applicable, Part 7 of this article to a support proceeding involving:\n(1) A foreign support order;\n(2) A foreign tribunal; or\n(3) An obligee, obligor, or child residing in a foreign country.\n(b) A tribunal of Georgia that is requested to recognize and enforce a support order on the basis of comity may apply the procedural and substantive provisions of Parts 1 through 6 of this article.\n(c) Part 7 of this article applies only to a support proceeding under the convention.
