{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-19-11-33","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 19-11-33","heading":"Notice.","body":"The child support enforcement agency may proceed under Code Section 19-11-32, this Code section, and Code Sections 19-11-34 through 19-11-38 only if notice has been provided to the obligor in one of the following manners:\n(1) The obligor is provided notice of the provisions of this Code section in the court order establishing the support obligation.
