{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-2-16-2","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 2-16-2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter, the term:\n(1) “Disparagement” means the willful or malicious dissemination to the public in any manner of false information that a perishable food product or commodity is not safe for human consumption.
