{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-2-9-4","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 2-9-4","heading":"Issuance of license.","body":"Unless the Commissioner refuses the application on one or more of the grounds provided in Code Section 2-9-7, he or she shall issue to such applicant, upon the execution and delivery of a bond as provided in Code Section 2-9-5, a state license entitling the applicant to conduct business as a dealer in agricultural products. An annual fee not to exceed $400.00 shall be required before a license is issued.
