{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-25-15-27","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 25-15-27","heading":"Payment of inspection fees.","body":"The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required by this article to be inspected by the chief inspector or a deputy inspector shall pay directly to the chief inspector, upon completion of inspection, fees as prescribed in rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner; provided, however, that, with respect to pressure vessel certificates of inspection, such fees shall not exceed $10.00 per annum. The chief inspector shall transfer all fees so received to the general fund of the state treasury.
