{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-25-15-56","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 25-15-56","heading":"Amusement ride inspection; issuance of certificate of inspection.","body":"(a) All amusement rides shall be inspected annually, and may be inspected more frequently, by a licensed inspector at the owner’s or operator’s expense. If the amusement ride meets all relevant provisions of this article and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this article, the licensed inspector shall provide to the owner or operator a certificate of inspection.
