{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-25-15-91","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 25-15-91","heading":"Accident reports.","body":"The owner of the carnival ride shall report to the office any accident incurred during the operation of any carnival ride resulting in a fatality or an injury requiring medical attention from a licensed medical facility. The report shall be in writing, shall describe the nature of the occurrence and injury, and shall be delivered in person or mailed by first-class mail no later than the close of the next business day following the accident.
