{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-26-4-112","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 26-4-112","heading":"Occurrences requiring immediate notification to board.","body":"The board shall be notified immediately upon the occurrence of any of the following:\n(1) Permanent closing of a licensed pharmacy;\n(2) Change of ownership, management, or location of a licensed pharmacy;\n(3) Change of the pharmacist in charge of a licensed pharmacy. If upon the board being notified of such change a replacement pharmacist in charge is not named in said notification, the license of that pharmacy shall stand suspended pending further findings by the board;\n(4) Any theft or loss of drugs or devices of a licensed pharmacy;\n(5) Any known conviction of any employee of a licensed pharmacy of any state or federal drug laws;\n(6) Disasters, accidents, theft, destruction, or loss of records of a licensed pharmacy required to be maintained by state or federal law;\n(7) Occurrence at a licensed pharmacy of a significant adverse drug reaction as defined by rules of the board; or\n(8) Any and all other matters and occurrences at a licensed pharmacy as the board may require by rule.","path":["TITLE 26 Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics","CHAPTER 4 Pharmacists and Pharmacies","Article 6 Pharmacies"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.26.odt","current_through":"Release 86 (2022-11)","vintage":"Public.Resource.Org bulk O.C.G.A., Release 86 (2022-11), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T19:34:57Z","sha256":"75948ab984315784ea81eaf37dadf732bfb011f2d34fd4de5592c430095cf123","source_id":"us-ga","stale":false,"prev":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-26-4-111","next":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-26-4-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
