{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-28-9-1","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 28-9-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter, the term:\n(1) “Code” means the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, any unannotated version thereof, or any codification of the laws of the State of Georgia which is a successor to or replacement of such Code, and such term shall include all statutory provisions, annotations, research references, notes, indexes, tables, constitutions, cross-references, pocket parts, and other material related to or included in such Code.\n(2) “Commission” means the Code Revision Commission originally created pursuant to H.R.
