Such report shall include the name of each recipient of a loan made under the provisions of this article, the amount of each such loan, and the rural area in which the recipient is practicing medicine. Such report shall include the name of each recipient of a grant made under the provisions of this article, the amount of each such grant, and the rural area in which the recipient is located.
