{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-44-2","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 31-44-2","heading":"Fees.","body":"The board shall set fees imposed by this chapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to defray the costs of administering this chapter with due consideration to the amount of funds received from the federal government by the department for performance of medicare certification surveys of dialysis clinics.
