{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-44-6","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 31-44-6","heading":"Application for license; fee; evidence of qualified staff; temporary provisional license; issuance of license; renewability of license.","body":"(a) An applicant for a license under this chapter must submit an application to the department on a form prescribed by the department.\n(b) Each application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable $100.00 application fee.\n(c) Each application must contain evidence that there are sufficient qualified staff at the facility.\n(d) The department may grant a temporary provisional license to an applicant.\n(e) The department shall issue a license if it finds the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter.\n(f) The license is renewable periodically after submission of:\n(1) The renewal application and fee; and\n(2) Satisfactory compliance with the rules adopted under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 31 Health","CHAPTER 44 Renal Disease Facilities"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.31.odt","current_through":"Release 86 (2022-11)","vintage":"Public.Resource.Org bulk O.C.G.A., Release 86 (2022-11), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T19:34:57Z","sha256":"b9789dbd3a33bac3981db43425881b58c24a188030cf8f1620c13f5ce1ff5ae8","source_id":"us-ga","stale":false,"prev":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-44-5","next":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-44-7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
