{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-53-6","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 31-53-6","heading":"Compiling of reports; public dissemination of data.","body":"(a) The office shall compile reports received from the following boards, commissions, committees, councils, and offices pursuant to each such entity’s respective statutory reporting requirements:\n(1) The Maternal Mortality Review Committee;\n(2) The Office of Women’s Health;\n(3) The Kidney Disease Advisory Committee;\n(4) The Hemophilia Advisory Board;\n(5) The Georgia Council on Lupus Education and Awareness;\n(6) The Georgia Palliative Care and Quality of Life Advisory Council;\n(7) The Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission;\n(8) The Behavioral Health Coordinating Council;\n(9) The Department of Public Health on behalf of the Georgia Coverdell Acute Stroke Registry;\n(10) The Office of Cardiac Care; and\n(11) The Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission.\n(b) The office shall maintain a website that permits public dissemination of data compiled by the boards, commissions, committees, councils, and offices listed in subsection (a) of this Code section.","path":["TITLE 31 Health","CHAPTER 53 Office of Health Strategy and Coordination","Article 1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.31.odt","current_through":"Release 86 (2022-11)","vintage":"Public.Resource.Org bulk O.C.G.A., Release 86 (2022-11), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T19:34:57Z","sha256":"c1915f8a53e25229397b919be4e5393acf963a606e8de485ddd06711214a4bfe","source_id":"us-ga","stale":false,"prev":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-53-5","next":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-53-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
