{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-31-8-111","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 31-8-111","heading":"Rights as citizen.","body":"Each resident shall be encouraged and assisted by the facility to exercise all rights, benefits, and privileges as a citizen including, but not limited to, the following:\n(1) The right to vote. Residents who are eligible to vote shall have the right to vote in primary, special, and general elections and in referendums.
