{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-32-6-246","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 32-6-246","heading":"Abatement of nuisances.","body":"Any junkyard which comes into existence after April 6, 1967, the establishment, operation, or maintenance of which is made unlawful by Code Section 32-6-241, is declared to be a public and private nuisance and may be forthwith removed, obliterated, or abated at the order of the commissioner.
