{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-33-24-65","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 33-24-65","heading":"Public hearing.","body":"The Commissioner of Insurance, upon receiving a certified copy from the Clerk of the House or the Secretary of the Senate of the bill or bills as provided in Code Section 33-24-63, may in his discretion convene a public hearing within ten calendar days after receipt in order to obtain any information necessary to allow the Commissioner a basis upon which to prepare the report required by this article.
