A third party may file scoring models on behalf of insurers licensed to do business in this state, provided that such third parties are on an approved list maintained by the Commissioner. A filing that includes insurance scoring may include loss experience justifying the use of credit information.\n(b) Any filing relating to credit information is considered to be a trade secret and proprietary information of the entity filing the information.
