{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-34-9-413","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 34-9-413","heading":"Elements of program; applicable confidentiality standards.","body":"(a) A drug-free workplace program must contain the following elements:\n(1) Written policy statement as provided in Code Section 34-9-414;\n(2) Substance abuse testing as provided in Code Section 34-9-415;\n(3) Resources of employee assistance providers maintained in accordance with Code Section 34-9-416;\n(4) Employee education as provided in Code Section 34-9-417; and\n(5) Supervisor training in accordance with Code Section 34-9-418.\n(b) In addition to the requirements of subsection (a) of this Code section, a drug-free workplace program must be implemented in compliance with the confidentiality standards provided in Code Section 34-9-420.\n(c) A drug-free workplace program may offer and include the optimum level core services as described in subparagraph (C) of paragraph (6) of Code Section 34-9-411.","path":["TITLE 34 Labor and Industrial Relations","CHAPTER 9 Workers’ Compensation","Article 11 Drug-Free Workplace Programs"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.34.odt","current_through":"Release 86 (2022-11)","vintage":"Public.Resource.Org bulk O.C.G.A., Release 86 (2022-11), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T19:34:57Z","sha256":"2f154e2c2c29bf9581311ca3dbaafd509d7dc77436a98f0f5fb1199409f8a60f","source_id":"us-ga","stale":false,"prev":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-34-9-412.1","next":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-34-9-414"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
