{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-38-3-29","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 38-3-29","heading":"Local mutual aid arrangements; out-of-state arrangements; conformity with state plan.","body":"(a) The director of each local organization for emergency management, in collaboration with other public and private agencies within this state, may develop or cause to be developed mutual aid arrangements for reciprocal emergency management aid and assistance in case of emergency or disaster too great to be dealt with unassisted.
