{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-40-15-4","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 40-15-4","heading":"Coordinator authorized; duties and requirements.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall appoint a state-wide motorcycle safety coordinator who shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the department.
