{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-11-73","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 43-11-73","heading":"License renewal.","body":"(a) Every person licensed by the board to practice dental hygiene shall register biennially on the renewal date set by the executive director and shall pay to the executive director a registration fee which shall be set by the board. The board shall provide for penalty fees for late registration.\n(b) The failure to renew a license by the end of an established penalty period shall have the same effect as a revocation of said license, subject to reinstatement only in the discretion of the board.
