{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-15-13.1","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 43-15-13.1","heading":"Requirements for professional land surveyors engaged in design of storm-water management plans, facilities, water distribution lines, and sanitary sewer collection systems.","body":"For an individual to be eligible to engage in the practices described in divisions (6)(D)(ii) through (6)(D)(iv) of Code Section 43-15-2, he or she shall:\n(1) Obtain licensure as a professional land surveyor, registered land surveyor, or land surveyor under this chapter prior to July 1, 2018; or\n(2) Complete an additional three semester hours of coursework in hydrology, possess the requisite required by the board, and pass the hydrology exam.
