{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-20a-7","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 43-20A-7","heading":"Civil penalties for violations; private cause of action; rules and regulations.","body":"(a) The Secretary of State may assess civil penalties against any individual or entity that he or she finds to have violated this chapter in an amount of up to $1,000.00 per violation not to exceed $50,000.00.
