The license of each landscape architect shall be delivered or mailed to the landscape architect.\n(b) The board shall provide certificates to each licensed landscape architect. The board shall prescribe the form of certificates issued. The certificate shall have placed thereon the seal of the board. The certificate of each landscape architect shall be delivered or mailed to the landscape architect.
