{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-26-8","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 43-26-8","heading":"Temporary permits.","body":"(a) A temporary permit may be issued to an applicant for licensure by examination, endorsement, or reinstatement in accordance with criteria established by the board.\n(b) A six-month temporary permit may be issued to a graduate of a nontraditional nursing education program that meets the requirements of subsection (e) of Code Section 43-26-7 to practice nursing only as a part of his or her board approved preceptorship.
