{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-34-314","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 43-34-314","heading":"License required for practice; misrepresentation of status.","body":"(a) On and after January 1, 2020, a person shall not engage in the practice of genetic counseling in this state without a valid license issued by the board pursuant to this article.\n(b) A person shall not hold himself or herself out as a genetic counselor unless he or she holds a license issued by the board in accordance with this article.
