Boxing;\n(B) The Georgia High School Athletic Association;\n(C) The National Collegiate Athletic Association;\n(D) Amateur Athletic Union;\n(E) Golden Gloves;\n(F) Team Georgia Amateur Wrestling;\n(G) USA Wrestling;\n(H) National High School Coaches Association;\n(I) North American Sport Karate Association;\n(J) International Sport Kick Boxing/Karate Association;\n(K) World Kick Boxing Association;\n(L) United States Kick Boxing Association;\n(M) International Sport Combat Federation;\n(N) Professional Karate Commission;\n(O) International Kick Boxing Federation; or\n(P) The local affiliate of any organization listed in this paragraph.\n(b) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any matches, contests, or exhibitions of professional wrestling or to a promoter or organization that promotes, organizes, or governs such matches, contests, or exhibitions where such promoter or organization is a corporation that, at the time of such matches, contests, or exhibitions:\n(1) Is registered under the federal Securities Exchange Act of 1934; and\n(2) Has total assets of not less than $25 million.","path":["TITLE 43 Professions And Businesses","CHAPTER 4B Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission","Article 1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.43.odt","current_through":"Release 86 (2022-11)","vintage":"Public.Resource.Org bulk O.C.G.A., Release 86 (2022-11), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T19:34:57Z","sha256":"46f7691e786a6d73dc1b863e19153f35bf6ac2a7c7eff0406619fd0472dc4283","source_id":"us-ga","stale":false,"prev":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-4b-1","next":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-43-4b-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
