{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-45-12-39","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 45-12-39","heading":"Annual report to General Assembly on administration’s policies and goals.","body":"(a) On or before the fifth day of each regular session of the General Assembly, it shall be the duty of the Governor to furnish a written report to each member of the General Assembly stating his administration’s policies and goals on the following subjects:\n(1) Intellectual development;\n(2) Human development;\n(3) Transportation and communications;\n(4) Economic development;\n(5) Protection of persons and property;\n(6) Natural environment; and\n(7) General government.\n(b) The reports required of the Governor by subsection (a) of this Code section may include any subjects in addition to those required by said subsection.
