{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-46-3-324","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 46-3-324","heading":"Organization meeting of directors.","body":"After the corporate existence has begun, an organization meeting of the board of directors named in the articles of incorporation shall be held, either within or outside of this state, at the call of any incorporator, for the purpose of adopting bylaws, electing officers, and transacting such other business as properly may come before the meeting.
