{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-47-14-71","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 47-14-71","heading":"Eligibility for disability benefits; determination of disability.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the contrary, a member may retire after completing 16 years of creditable service if the member becomes totally and permanently disabled after commencing service as a clerk. Any such clerk shall be entitled to receive retirement benefits in the amount of $1,700.00 per month.
