{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-47-2-27","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 47-2-27","heading":"Duty of board of trustees to keep data necessary for actuarial valuations; duty to keep records of proceedings; annual report.","body":"(a) The board of trustees shall keep in convenient form such data as shall be necessary for actuarial valuations of the various funds of the retirement system and for checking the experience of the retirement system.\n(b) The board of trustees shall keep a record of all of its proceedings, which record shall be open to public inspection.
