{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-53-6-37","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 53-6-37","heading":"Term; vacancies; discharge of duties after expiration of term or removal from office; resignation.","body":"(a) The term of office of a county administrator shall be four years and shall expire on the first Monday in March or when a successor is appointed and qualified.
