{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-7-3-48","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 7-3-48","heading":"Civil liability limited for providing information.","body":"(a) Except in the case of malice, fraud, or bad faith, no person shall be subject to civil liability arising out of furnishing the department with information required pursuant to this chapter.
